This functin finds the average brightness of Active Frame A2, then finds what must be done to each pixel to make it equal to this value, finally it applies this same change to A1. Because your camera may auto adjust between the two pictures there is a parameter which can be adjusted to compensate for this. Fixed pixels are not affected.
