New clears any existing stack from memory and shows a File Selector dialog box where you can choose the frames to load.
Remember all of the frames loaded must be the same size, you can select several frames at the same time using the standard windows methods, you can enable thumbnail view and resize the dialog if your operating system allows, and all of the frames must come from the same folder.
If you wish to load additional frames after using New use Load Frames.
