Resume Work loads a stack of frames and various other items so that you can resume processing from where Save Work was used. This command can be useful for saving time when doing multiple trials on the same stack, do all of your preprocessing e.g. align and balance colour, then Save Work before doing a trial run. Now before each additional trial run do Load Work and there will be no nead to do the preprocessing again.
