A 'Rocking Movie' has frames that correspond to a view through the stack at different angles. To achieve this the Skew Stack function is used repeatedly to skew the stack left and right. Do Stack cannot be used to stack the skewed images you must use an average function. Another condition is that detail in the stack must be sufficiently out of focus for what is behind it to come into focus. The necessary processing can be implemented in a Macro for instance
Download this macro set and save it along with CombineZM.exe. Load this macro set, and a suitable set of frames to stack, then run the macro from the macro menu. The original frames will be removed from memory but will be replaced by frames showing the view through the stack from different angles. These frames are then made into a movie which is allowed to play in an infinite loop. The frames are in identical pairs moving outwards from the middle frame(s).

Note that artefacts here are the fault of my algorhythm not of the original movie. In particular you can 'see through' some parts of the scene to what lies underneath which you should not be able to do.
